Established by the Department of English at The Hang Seng University of Hong Kong, the English Language Centre (ELC) provides a cozy and relaxing environment for students to engage in English language learning. Through specialized workshops, various learning materials, professional consultations, interactive reading chat groups, and user-friendly online resources, the ELC helps students improve their English proficiency, equipping them with better-integrated skills in reading, writing, listening, and speaking.
